This course will focus on proper fundamentals and breaking down fielding, hitting, pitching and catching mechanics. This program will now take place two days a week.

Turf shoes or tennis shoes are required, gloves are available for use. Participants should plan on bringing pants and long sleeves with them for the days we slide and dive.
