Softball training is an opportunity for ladies to develop knowledge, skills, and fundamentals of the game. Sessions will focus on key points of the game of softball including hitting, fielding, baserunning, and all other aspects of the game. Ladies ages 7-18, groups will be divided based on age & skill level. All skill levels welcomed. 

Athletic attire and turf shoes or tennis shoes are required, gloves are available for use. Participants should also dress according to the weather, as some sessions may be outside on the fields.
