This program is here to educate, introduce, and develop skills and drills that will help participants become better all-around athletes. Including getting stronger in the weight room, getting faster with speed and agility work, learning proper lifting form/techniques, learning proper running form, and other skills that will help them build athleticism. Getting bigger, faster, stronger, and becoming more athletic, which will translate directly to the performance on the baseball & softball field.
Coaches will modify and tailor lifts/drills to meet each participant where they are at.
Boys & Girls ages 13-18, and all skill levels are welcome.
Participants must wear athletic workout attire and closed-toed tennis shoes. If they have molded cleats or turf shoes, bring those as well, as we do drills that require quick change of direction.
