This 3 week program will be a high intensity session that targets getting bigger, faster, and stronger. This group will meet once a week, spending half the time in the weight room lifting, and half the time doing speed & agility work. During this 3 week session we will build all around athleticism!
Participants should dress in workout attire, and bring water bottles.
