Speed, Agility, and Weight Training Ages 12-18 Baseball/Softball
This 6 week program will be a high intensity session that targets getting bigger, faster, and stronger. This group will meet twice a week, spending half the time in the weight room lifting, and half the time doing speed & agility work. During this session we will build all around athleticism including but not limited to footwork, agility training, explosiveness, and endurance.
What to bring:
Athletic clothes
Closed toed shoes for lifting
Rubber/molded cleats for agility and sprint work
Water bottles
