UMPS CARE Charities is partnering with the Kanas City Urban Youth Academy to host a 6-week Official Leadership Program. This program held once-a-week, will help participants learn umpire skills, strengthen communication and leadership skills, build confidence on and off the field, and help offer a pathway to employment. Along with our own UYA umpire assignor, there will be other organizations attending that will be looking for trainees that they can utilize to also umpire their league's games and tournaments. 

All participants that complete the program will receive two tickets for the Kansas City Royals game on September 5th. 

Come be a part of two organizations that are working together to create opportunities and make a difference in the lives of today's youth.

Where: The Kansas City Urban Youth Academy

When: July 26th-August 30th 2pm-5pm (check-in 1:30pm) The six dates are 07/26, 08/02, 08/09, 08/16, 08/23, and 08/30.

Who: Girls & Boys ages 13-18
