Royal Moves is a four-week wellness pilot led by the Kansas City Royals Urban Youth Academy in partnership with Sun Life. The program helps students build healthy habits through Crown Schools PE class visits, UYA field trips, student wellness trackers, Sun Life volunteer engagement, and a Royals game celebration.

Students will focus on four wellness themes: Move, Fuel/Hydrate, Rest, and Mindfulness. Each theme is connected to a baseball or softball fundamental, including running, hitting, throwing, and fielding. Families who register through LeagueApps will receive program updates, Royals game information, and follow-up opportunities to stay connected with future UYA programming.
